Sketches of Possibilities is a creative arts and self-expression program that uses drawing, illustration, visual storytelling, and mixed-media activities to help participants build confidence, communication, and imagination. Through guided creative projects and open-ended exploration, participants develop their artistic skills, express their ideas and emotions, and discover new ways to connect with others. Every session encourages creativity, self-confidence, and personal growth, providing a supportive space where participants can turn their ideas into possibilities and celebrate their unique artistic journey.

BUILDING LIFE AND SOCIAL SKILLS is more than just a program, it’s a pathway to confidence, independence, meaningful relationships, and active community participation.

Designed for people living with disability, this program blends engaging activities like card games with other practical real-life experiences (such as shopping, community outings, and everyday social interactions). In a safe and supportive environment, participants build essential skills including communication, emotional regulation, decision-making, and adaptability through a rotating series of themed experiences.
