As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our disability support services.

What you'll get to do...

  • Assist in the provision of high-quality support to individuals living with disabilities.

  • Managing daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Assisting with client records, NDIS documentation, and compliance tracking.

  • Handling phone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently.

  • Supporting the team with roster coordination and workforce management.

  • Processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and liaising with finance teams.

  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Providing strong customer service to participants, families, and staff.

  • Assisting in the organisation of staff training, meetings, and events.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Cert III or IV in Business Administration, Community Services, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience in an administrative role (healthcare or disability sector preferred).

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

  • Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.

  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment.

  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence (preferred but not essential).
